A: We provide 1-year warranty start from delivery.

A: Yes, HLT provides one-stop custom service to cater various demands from clients.
A: The production lead time depends on which models and the quantity. Normally it’ 2~7 days for samples and 20~30 days for bulk order.
A: We help clients to design new products. You can tell me your idea, the performance and specification you want to, or provide us your drawing, images or sample, if you have. For this kind of new sample, the lead time will be around 10~15 days, without open new mold. Sampling fee depends on the material and processing cost. This sample fee will refund to you once order finally confirmed.
A: Yes, logo printing can be provided.
A: We have our own freight forwarders whom we have been working with in long term. They can offer logistics solution and competitive choices for you.
A: We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Visa, Western Union etc.
A: There would be no MOQ for those regular models that have stock material. But for those models don’t have stock material, MOQ is required.
